Summer Event 2018 - Team Registration - closed

And it begins! Prepare for the Summer Event 2018 8D We hope you´re looking forward to it as much as we do. 

Like each year it´s up to you to decide if you want to go solo or as a team.

As leader of a team it is your job to make sure your team´s art and tracker gets submitted in time! If you fail to do your job correctly your entire team won´t be able to move to the next step.
It´s not the mod´s fault if you chose a leader that failed you. We highly recommand only to team up with people you trust to do their jobs.

Step 1:

 If you want to do the event all by yourself, you can now move to step 2 


 If you want to lead a team:


Each team can have a max. of 6 members and a max. of 6 evoloons!

Some examples:
6 people - 6 loons - each person 1 loon
3 people - 6 loons - each person 2 loons
3 people - 6 loons - 1 person 4 loons, other 2 people 1 loon.

You can split that as you wish as long as you haven´t more than 6 members and not more than 6 evoloons in your team.

Step 2.

If you´re a leader of a team or work as solo-team you need to create a tracker that will hold all art of your team.

Get your team registered by commenting with it´s tracker here (click) !
Registering closes when there is no longer May 31st in the world! 

A mod will comment on your team´s tracker, telling you if your team got registered or if there is something you need to correct.
Make sure not to delete this tracker. If you do it, you will lose your registration for the event and non of your team members will be allowed to continue.

    Edit: Have in mind if you make your tracker as a stash file it might disappear since sta.sh is very glitchy at times. If it happens to you you won´t be able to continue the event.

Step 3.

Wait for the event to start. Each part will ask for multiple arts. It is up to your leader to decide who will do which part or if you do collabs.
If you can´t work for your team anymore, talk to your leader so you can find a solution. 
It´s up to your leader that things will go right. The mods of Evoloons are not responsible for your team´s success.

Some more very important infos:

You can not be on two teams.

You can not be in a team and have your own solo-team.

Once you joined a team and it got registered, you can not switch teams. You can also not leave your current team.

If a member disappeares you still have to draw their loon in parts that ask for ALL TEAM MEMBERS to be part of the picture. It´s super unfair if people do that but it happend each year yet and we are sure it will happen again. They also earn the rewards each other team member earns.

If the leader can´t do their job anymore or disappears without a word, the team is doomed to fail. This year we won´t replace registered trackers. Once registred there is no going back.
And another member can not update the leader´s team tracker unless they have their password of course.  

Make sure you will read what the event asks you to do before you start working.

This event might ask for hard to draw backgrounds. If you use references please credit.

Each part needs to get approved by a mod. There will be links in each journal the leaders (and only the leaders) need to reply to to get their team´s entries approved.

Make sure you only use your team´s evoloon´s references that are linked in their registered tracker. These references are not allowed to change during the entire event even if they earn more upgrades during it.

The Evoloons part of the team can not upgrade during the event. If they earn an upgrade please apply it to them after the event.

You can add clothes and accessories to the evoloons of your team.

You can add your evoloon´s companions (please do not put them in the tracker this year).

This year the Visibility Rule is super important. Make sure you read and understand it. It might happen often that your loon´s body won´t be visible completely so you have to understand how far the visibility rule goes.

The first part of the event will go online on June 1st and will last the entire month.
The second part of the event will go online on July 1st and will last the entire month.
The third part of the event will go online on August 1st and will last the entire month.
